This weekend i am going to really throw myself into a workout frenzy. I want to push myself really hard so I see some scale movement.
I walked the boys last night despite the cold and hopefully as the weather warms, I'll get longer walks/jogs in with them. Probably only one at a time though since 2 giant danes is really hard to run with.
This weekend:
Jillian Michaels: Shred Workout, Abs Workout & Yoga Meltdown
Elliptical
Windsor Pilates Slimming w/bands and bar
