Thursday's child is full of Fierce!

Hit the gym after work today. It's been a while since I've been in the gym at work, since right before I left for PA. It was good to go back and work on the weight machines, but I really felt weak.


 20 min on the cross-trainer high intensity
130 # leg press - both legs x 30
130 # leg press - single legs x 24
70 # lat pull downs x 24
70# inner thighs x30
130# outer thighs x 36
40 # supine press x 24
Ab killers x 30
15 # dumb bell flies x 30
15 # dumb bell presses x 30
20# overhead dip stretches x 30
walking lunges x 50

I am bringing back the fierceness, even if I have to do it alone. Rawr!
