Fright Night Friday!

Tonight I watched Daybreakers while on my elliptical - it was pretty good except for the end.
Then I watched The Crazies, also pretty good.

My workout:

90 minutes on the elliptical
100 situps
30 pushups

Nutrition:
Salad w/ff turkey, tomato, salsa, mushrooms
Greek yogurt
cottage cheese
Greek yogurt
2 egg whites
Almond butter w/flaxseed
Tea w/honey

I think that's enough for one day.

I'm off to bed.
